
FRIENDS FOR LIFE offers a vital, safe, supportive community in which men and women infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS will find an inclusive alternative to the isolation caused by illness and discrimination. FRIENDS FOR LIFE offers a combination of information and support services to encourage a healthy attitude toward living with dignity and purpose. FRIENDS FOR LIFE is an inclusive program sponsored by Good Shepherd Community Services, Inc. and is housed at the Church of the Annunciation in Oradell, New Jersey.
The doors of FRIENDS FOR LIFE are open to all adults, from all walks of life. The clientele are a cross section of straight, gay, bi-sexual and transgender men and women. This is a place where the newly diagnosed as well as veterans of living with HIV/AIDs can come and feel safe, comfortable and surrounded by people who understand and care. This is a place where you can come for emotional support, vital information and assistance in a variety of fields to help make your life better. It's a place to come and make new friends...for life.
